MUSICAL DIRECTOR required by Farnborough-based Ladies’ Choir, The Lydian Singers.
We are a 30-strong self-funding non-auditioning adult choir of mixed ages and abilities. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings in North Camp, Farnborough.
We have our own library of music which, in the main, consists of musical theatre (all decades) and popular classical/sacred pieces.
We give three concerts a year at the end of each term. We also perform at other events which come our way from time to time.
We would welcome someone with suitable conducting experience, enthusiasm, and an ability to inspire and motivate.
This position will become available in the new year. Suitable candidates will be invited to attend a rehearsal to do a trial half-session beforehand.
